Our Story
Ella’s level of needs has impacted everyone in our family. She has 16 hours of nursing, along with numerous doctor visits per week, OT, PT, vision therapy, and speech therapy through out the week. Sarah's mother comes to assist in the care as well for Ella and her baby sister Gabrielle. Sarah and Mike are both working to ensure a steady income and the highest level medical insurance possible.
Mike’s grandmother, Elizabeth heard of Dallas’ story on TV and implored him to look into it. Mike reached out to Cynthia Hextell directly via Facebook and as a result she was kind enough, along with her husband to speak with Mike directly, via email and phone. Dallas is our inspiration and we hope to not only have similar results as Dallas , but to be a force and proponent for cord blood studies.
